| Bali, island of the Gods, is now the final resting-place for the legends of Rock ’n’ Roll. Situated in the heart of Kuta, Bali’s entertainment and shopping district, Hard Rock Hotel is Bali’s leading entertainment hotel, where guests can eat, drink, relax, swim, and make their own music. The resort is an exciting and innovative mix of Hard Rock’s signature Americana and traditional Indonesian design. Each wing of the hotel is themed: Rock ’n’ Roll, Blues, Psychedelic, Reggae, Alternative, and Pop. This is reflected throughout the hotel, the walls of which are adorned with pictures and memorabilia reflecting the changing face of music, fashion and the arts, celebrating artistes from the 50s to the new millennium. The Art Deco style guestrooms are decorated with white or pastel walls, blonde furniture, and more memorabilia. They boast all the necessities of a modern hotel, whilst enhancing the relaxing yet exciting atmosphere of the resort. The beach and poolside facilities are some of the best in Bali. The pool – the biggest on the island – is stunningly landscaped, with numerous smaller areas such as the spa pools, water slides and The Shack, a ‘swim-up’ café. Surrounding this is the Cabana Club, where guests can lounge, listen to live music, take scuba lessons, and play volleyball. Guests can also hire private cabanas, each containing tables, chairs, daybeds, minibars, ceiling fans, and an intercom to order food and drinks. The Health Club and Spa helps guests relax and prepare for the entertainment to come, with a fully equipped gym, and spa treatments ranging from Balinese body scrubs, aromatherapy, and herbal baths, to manicures, pedicures and hair treatments. Steam rooms, saunas and massage treatments are also available. For music fans, HRH Bali is nirvana. Opportunities to revel in rock ’n’ roll are everywhere, including the Rock Museum. The Centrestage and Sand Island venues feature live concerts presenting international and native artistes. And guests can become stars in their own right: whether by giving a live performance in the karaoke rooms, cutting their own album in the state of the art recording studio with the help of professional technicians, or watching in house DJ’s spin their favourite discs on Hard Rock Radio. Staff even asks guests for their ‘autograph’ when it comes to signing chits!Hard Rock Hotel Bali has eight different restaurants, cafés and bars, including the Hard Rock Café itself. Every type of food and drink is available, from traditional Indonesian through to sushi and a New York deli. |
